From 1st September 2010, training sessions will be as follows, due to the two week closure of New Hall pool:

Due to lifeguard training at New Hall, Tuesday evening training will be from 19.30 to 21.00 on the following dates:

From 27th July to 31st August 2010 inclusive training will be on Monday, Wednesday & Friday only for all squads, with the Intro squad swimming from 18.00-19.00 and all other squads (except Masters) from 19.00-20.00

Championship Development Squad
Entry only by Head Coaches Approval

Must be 1 second off a 100m Essex qualifying time (Oct to July)
Minimum age of 10yrs - minimum of 5 sessions a week
11/12yrs - minimum of 6 sessions a week
13/14yrs - minimum of 7 sessions a week
15yrs+ - minimum of 8 sessions a week (14 hours)
10 minutes mobility/land training before the start of all evening sessions.
All minimum sessions should include at least 1 early morning
