Introduction
This is another recent addition to the club following the growing demand from children who enjoy swimming but don’t wish to compete and don’t want a huge commitment.
The Swim Fit session is on Monday evenings between 8.00 - 9.00pm at Riverside, and is open to swimmers from age 15.
It welcomes non swimmers, triathletes and confident swimmers.
